Our Corporate and Social Responsibilities
OSS Group is a proud New Zealand organisation, supporting the environment and communities in which we operate.
"Without the generous support of our volunteers' respective employers, such as you and OSS Group, we would be unable to support our communites as we do."

Technology Is Our How. People Are Our Why.

Diversity & Inclusion
Industry and cultural cross-pollination are the drivers of innovation. We bring a fresh perspective and collaborate with a wide range of customers, stakeholders, industries and technology vendors.
At OSS Group we:
- Inspire and motivate our youth and mature aged workforce through training and development opportunities and diverse industry exposure.
- Support and sponsor of Woman in tech conferences.
- Sponsor of migrant and emerging ICT talent.

Community Initiatives
We put people first. Getting behind our local communities, organisations and charities to help them to flourish through volunteering and partnerships is an important part of what we do.
At OSS Group we:
- Support staff who participate in local community and charity initiatives. For example, we have automated the emergency response services for Red Cross, volunteer gift wrapping services annually for Gifts For Kids and introduced a life-saving communication BOT for Youthline.
- Support the Living Wage initiative (no exceptions).
- Donate to local school initiatives.

Sustainability
Protecting the environment is the responsibility of all of us. We take active steps to minimise our impact on the environment, and to follow sustainable practices.
At OSS Group we:
- Encourage smart and green transport options for staff.
- Sponsor the Million Dollar Mouse pest eradication program.
- Plant trees to offset Air Travel.
- Reduce office paper use and encourage a recycling culture.
What drives you?
OSS Group is always on the hunt for people that are driven by technology and change. Help us deliver business advantage to New Zealand businesses and the Kiwis that support them.
