Digital Marketing Specialist
Employment Type: Permanent. Part-time and full-time candidates will be considered.
Part-time - minimum 16 hours/week
Full-time - minimum 30 hours/week
Location: Auckland CBD company offices.
About This Role:
We are actively seeking a dynamic, creative Digital Marketing Specialist in Auckland, experienced in the following domains:
- Google AdWords and Google Display - Google Shopper would be a bonus
- LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram platforms
- Website and CMS administration - development skills would be useful
- CRM and Marketing Automation - HubSpot experience would be of benefit
This is a varied role, including:
- Contribution to our digital and marketing efforts
- Business development and marketing sector engagement, to grow our footprint and to determine and action client upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and maintain responsive, trust-based relationships with key decision makers to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Marketing/campaign planning, comms, coordination, and optimisation
- EDM planning and execution
- Website and social media promotion, content management and graphic design (experience with e-commerce systems is not mandatory, but would be well received)
- Digital marketing project support and reporting for our Client Services team
- Enable sales, support pre-sales activities and project estimation
- Brainstorming involvement and idea generation, to attract, engage and delight our customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and partners
- Contribute feedback on opportunities and obstacles to company success
Skills and Experience
Must have:
- 1-2 years of experience in media and marketing roles, and working exposure to digital technologies (such as social media platforms, websites, and CRM and marketing automation tools)
- A tertiary degree – Business or Marketing degrees are preferred
Nice to have:
- Relevant certifications for Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot and Facebook

- Marketing and general business experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of that team
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, a love of technology and a desire to progress your career in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Positive attitude and aptitude for learning new technologies and skills
- Ability to make and maintain relationships with, and consult with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong commitment to delivering positive outcomes and client success
- Strong oral and written English communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
- Organised and methodical working style
- Understanding of the big picture, and attention to detail where required
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- NZ citizenship or an appropriate NZ work permit
